Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "trackmyprojects.app" and "TrackMyProjects" applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Account Registration

Users must sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple ID. By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Usage of the Application

- You may create projects and track the time spent on them.
- You can add, edit, and delete sessions associated with your projects.
- All data is stored in Firestore, and you have the ability to delete any project, which will permanently remove all associated data.

4. Data Deletion

- You have the right to delete your account at any time. Doing so will permanently delete all your data from Firestore and Firebase Authentication.
- Upon account deletion, no trace of your projects or associated data will remain in the application.

5. Payment and Fees

- The application is free to use at launch. However, this may change in the future.
- If the application becomes paid, users will be notified at least two weeks in advance.
- Users will be able to export their data in Excel format before any changes to the payment structure take effect.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from the use of the application shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
